Simply Alto, previously known simply as "Alto"
Owners Chris Coote and Graham Bestley
There seems to be a little confusion as to the ownership of our boat. Just to clarify Chris Coote (sailig sec) owns the starboard side and Graham Bestley (Hon sec) owns the port side. Truly it can be nick named the Secs or Sex boat. Graham has recently retired and thus when released form the BYC office will be able to take a much more active part in campaigning the boat. I would be grateful if you could communicate these facts to the other Sonata crews.
Crew Lee Marshal and Mark Hobbs (who was former owner, sometimes thinks he still is and gets to sail his old boat for free!!)
Black spinnaker or occasionally the pretier but less effective pink and grey job.
Mooring E15 outer harbour
Prefer rowing to using outboard, but you need a long oar!
Extra pushpit device is solar panel to energise comprehensive on board tactical instruments and computers stolen from Ellen Macs big boat.
